Inquiries & Complaints Management Process of the AMC
AMC’s ERP system automates all public complaints, suggestions and comments. Data is collected directly using the ERP system (if option 2 above is followed). Apart from that, the data sent by other means is entered into the ERP system either manually or using an automated process. The centralized data is then distributed to the concerned authorities for further action. The result is sent to the complainant, proposer or commenter using the ERP system, or by email or SMS or post using the system. The top management of the organization constantly monitors this process directly
